come home. This casual yet elegant six bedroom 3.5 bath vacation getaway is
set with most every room opening to the lake and mountain vistas. Just added a new POOLTABLE to the lower level gameroom.
The main level includes
the kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and one bedroom (Queen Bed). The
upper level has three bedrooms (all King beds) two baths. In the lower level, you have a
large game room with fireplace, and two bedrooms (King Beds) and bath. The lower level also includes a
morning kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
The Summit has
great decks both covered and open on both levels and a wonderful screened porch
that connects with the main deck and living room. Very private, yet close to town, this large
beautifully furnished home is ready to welcome your family. Amenities include,
washer & dryer, central air and heat, fireplaces, multiple Satellite TV/DVD. NO SMOKING is allowed
inside.

No reservation is confirmed
until you receive a Rental Agreement from Georgia Mountain Rentals by fax, mail
or email. Payment for all rentals must be made by check or money order unless
rental date is within 14 days of the date of the reservation. Payments by
electronic check and/or credit card may be made by clicking the Deposits Tab.

Accommodations Tax (5%) and State Sales Tax (7%) will be added to all rentals.
Also a one time cleaning fee will be charged for a normal clean-up. Excessive
